  • How long does it take for my order to be processed?

    Any orders made before 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders made after 1pm will be processed within 48 hours.

  • How long will my package take to be delivered?

    Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Express delivery is 2-3 business days. Please note delivery time is not included in the time taken to process the order.

  • What happens to my parcel if I’m not home?

    All packages are delivered using Royal Mail. If they are unable to deliver your parcel it will be taken to your local collection point where you will have seven days to collect it before it is returned to “The Ladybuggs Ltd” and you will be refunded.

  • What to do if I don't receive my order?

    Please check to see that Royal Mail has not left a card to say they missed you. If this has not been received please email us at info@theladybuggs.com and someone will be happy to assist you.

  • How quickly will my message be responded to?

    Our team aim to respond to all messages within 2 working days.

  • I no longer need the item, can I get a refund?

    Unwanted items can be returned as long as they adhere to our return policy. Please see the policy here.

  • Are your products available to buy in bulk?

    Yes, our products can be purchased in bulk, please contact info@theladybuggs.com, and someone from the team will be happy to provide a quote.

  • Are your products safe to use with my toddler?

    Yes, all our products have been tested with an independent testing company specialising in toy safety. Our products are recommended for children 3 years and older due to the content, but there are no small parts that hinder younger children from using the product. (Please note, any products which have plastic wrap, please discard before giving to children)

  • Are your products durable to use with children?

    Our products are designed with children in mind so they are child-friendly and spill-proof. If they get sticky, wipe the cards down with a damp cloth.

  • Do you have a promotional code I can use?

    Sadly no, these are offered from time to time. To receive offers or discounts please sign up for our mailing list where you will receive promotional information.
